Thermal plants in Tema to shut down as WAPCo begins maintenance works
To minimize disruptions to power supply, the Ministry of Energy and Green Transition, in collaboration with stakeholders in the energy sector, has secured alternative liquid fuel for some generating plants in Tema that can operate on dual fuel sources. This measure aims to ensure continued power generation throughout the maintenance period.
