Black Sherif Wins Legal Dispute With Former Management in High Court Victory

The case, formally styled Shadrach Owusu Agyei vs Mohammed Ismail Sherif, reached a decisive judgment on January 16, 2026, when Her Ladyship Justice Afia Adu-Amankwa ruled that most of the allegations lacked sufficient evidence. While the court acknowledged that a management contract once existed between the parties, it found that the plaintiff failed to substantiate key complaints about financial losses, unaccounted revenue, and other claimed damages.
