Socialite and actress, Efia Odo has shared some experiences about her journey in the entertainment industry.
While opening up about her friendship with people in the industry, the actress said she’s realized that people in the industry only use each other for business purposes, stressing that there’s no real friendship.
According to her, she does not force herself to be friends with people emphasizing that there’s no point in faking friendship.
Efia Odo noted that she’s learned her lessons from trying to make friends in the showbiz industry.
“I feel like this industry, there’s no friendship in this industry. It’s more of acquaintances, and business associates, It’s not friendship. Maybe one or two people but in reality, it’s always been like what you can do for me and what I can do for you,” she explained on 3FM Lounge, Wednesday, August 14.
She continued: “What’s the point in faking it? For me, I have people who I am close to and cool with and after that, we go our separate ways…I think I have also learned a lot about trying to be friends with people in this industry but it’s good.
