The 2022 edition of “Light Up The City”, a decorative project has been launched in Accra with major streets in the capital laced with beautiful glittering lights.
Lighting up the city, the 2022 edition was officially launched on 16th December 2022 with a Light Up The City parade campaign and rally which began at the Ako Adjei interchange and ended at park 100 in front of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons.
The Band Kokui Graced the program with beautiful carols and sweet music.
This year’s edition themed “Tis’ the season to sparkle” which has already commenced, will end on the 9th of January, 2023.
Light Up The City is a project that will promote Ghana globally and help in redefining Accra as Africa’s Art Centre.
