American rapper, Tobechukwu Dubem, better known as Tobe Nwigwe has expressed his admiration for some Ghanaian musicians with whom he would like to collaborate
In an interview with Joy News, Tobe Nwigwe named Ghanaian Reggae and Dancehall artist Stonebwoy and Nigerian artists, Burna boy and Asake.
Tobe Nwigwe’s partner added Ghanaian rapper Kwesi Arthur and Nigerian singer Ayra Starr.
‘‘Out here it’s Stonebwoy, that boy be going crazy, Kwesi Arthur, that’s my boy, he’s hard, and then in Nigeria of course, Burna Boy, I like Asake, I like them boys and Ayra Starr too, we are trying to connect, we are going to do a lot of stuff in 2023, we will connect and embrace the gap between home and then where we are in the states,’’ he said.
Tobe Nwigwe appeared in Ghana for the first time with his pregnant wife, Martica “Fat” Nwigwe, at the Black Star Line festival.
